After the building permit had been issued the client approached AI-DESIGN studio and asked the architects to alter his buildings and make them more attractive.

The buildings’ volume was maintained, but all the facades were changed and new materials were used. Given that the building is situated on the side of a hill, all floors have a magnificent view of Prague. Therefore end-to-end rippled balconies were designed on each floor, which have the added bonus of toning down the building’s overall impression and give the entire complex its characteristic identity. The Sky Barrandov residential complex comprises two separate apartment buildings and a building with amenities. The project contains 108 apartments with parking and support facilities in the basement.
