Our project site is located in Prague 7 – Holesovice. As part of the design process, we considered demolishing all existing buildings and redeveloping the entire area with new structures. Our proposal is based on a thorough study of the site and its surroundings. The area includes an administrative building, a residential complex, and apartment buildings, which we approached with four different design variants.

The design is inspired by the organic shapes of nature and is oriented to allow panoramic views to three main, visually interesting sides. The facade is mainly glazed with vertical shading elements. With its amorphous shape, the building reacts to views, and with its dynamic openwork facade, it fits into the hilly wooded terrain with heavily solitary buildings.
