The site in question is located in Prague 7 – Holešovice. As part of the design, AI-DESIGN studio considered demolishing all existing buildings and redeveloping the entire area with new structures. The architects based their proposal on a thorough study of the site and its surroundings. The entire area consists of one administrative building, a residential complex, and apartment buildings within the site, which the architects decided to approach with four different design variants.
