This is the completion and reconstruction of the first Bať skyscraper in Brno. The exterior appearance of the building evokes the original, simple, even austere style of Baťa's concept, without historicizing decoration. The idea of ​​the design is to play out white, translucent and transparent surfaces on the facade, complemented by artifacts from the roof garden, greenery on the terraces and shading. The building is designed as a so-called "green".
